Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 43/14/1

Hi guys this is a hand where I was trying to turn KK into a bluff. I don't have much info on villain since I just sat down at this table.

Hero (MP2) $9.85 - VP:20 PFR:20 AF:2.0 W:100|0 STL:0| 3B:0| CB:100| N:-5.92 Hands:5

Villain (CO) $10.28 - VP:43 PFR:14 AF:1.0 W:67|100 STL:0| 3B:0| CB:100|0 N:6.27 Hands:7

Pre Flop: Hero (MP2) with K:spade: K:club:

P4(MP1) calls 0.10, Hero(MP2) raises 0.40, Villain (CO) calls 0.40, P7(BTN) folds, P8(SB) folds, P9(BB) folds, P4(MP1) calls 0.30

Flop: T:diamond: 3:heart: 9:diamond: (3 players)

P4(MP1) checks, Hero(MP2) bets 0.80, Villain (LP) calls 0.80, P4(MP1) folds

Turn: 8:club: (2 players)

Hero(MP1) checks, Villain(MP2) bets 1.57, Hero (MP1) calls 1.57

River: A:diamond: (2 players)

Hero(MP1) bets 3

Like I mentioned earlier I don't have much info on villain but his range given his flop call and turn bet consists of 2 pair hands, sets, QJo, QJs. I didn't feel like flush draws were in his range given the action so I tried representing the flush and value bluffing my KK.

Why didn't you bet the turn? You'll get so much more value/information than check-calling.

That's a pretty strong range... he could have floated you with A high, second pair, etc. Also, if you put him on such a strong range, why would you try to bluff him? Just c-f river and wait for a better spot/better read.

I also prefer here bet the turn. Maybe then he would fold on the turn. When you check on the turn, you have still strong hand, but you lose initiative, so better bet the turn.
River - it isn't good card for me, on this board I probably check and hope that he also checks. If he bets, I probably fold, because I'm afraid of ace or flush.
As played - bet on the river, it seems even good, sometimes it works.
