I usualy play 6max but have been moving more and more to FR and maybe im just overadjusting since im usualy 3beting TT at 6max.
If we 3bet and villain is for example a 24/20(so slightly loose for FR) what can we expect to be called by? imo something like JJ+ and AQ+,a range we have 40% equity against.
But against his opening range we have 59% equity.
Granted if we smooth call with TT IP where likly to get multiway some of the time and be in a lot of tricky situation and obvs. have to play our hand for more then set value and even play it all the way down on some J-high,Q-high board but the 19% of equity is quiet huge in the long run.
And on the plus side to smooth calling when IP(cause im just talking about calling in postion really since this is a 3bet for me OOP) is obvs. where IP, we dont end up needing to call shove cause of dead money even if we know our equity is not so good and another thing is, im asuming that Orange is better then a lot of 10NL players(judging from the post if seen from him) and there for should be able to out play villains on the flop.
I dont know maybe Belgo,zach,jagsti,C9 ect can correct me but i just feel TT has to much value to potential turn it into a bluff by 3betting here,i would rather squese with 72 here cause then i atleast have an better idea where i stand.
Note this could all be a mute point if MP1 is a 65/43 spaz but im asuming he is atleast a avarage 10NL player.
