$10 NL HE Full Ring: Should I fold this preflop to a maniac?

A little back story. I've been at the table for maybe 10-12 hands, and the villian here has open shoved 8times or so, three times he was called and showed 97, 64, and A10. Should I snap call this, or fold this preflop? I think this is a must call, but I'm curious to see what others think.

Hes a tard...if ur looking for justification on ur end u got it buddy. Based on what u said about his previous shoves, u have to call. Definitely not easy and it would phuck u up mentally if he shows Aces but yup that definitely a call.

I wasn't really trying to be results oriented, I was just curious if I should have made the call preflop. I thought I should have, as I am a favorite against anything but JJ+. Thanks for the feed back :).
