$10 NL HE Full Ring: $ : QQ v. Good Lag's 4bet

Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 25/22/4

Okay. His stats are only over a small 45ish hand sample, but we have had some encounters. He raises everytime when he is the button, and twice I have 3bet him with garbage. First one he folded, second he called and folded to my cbet on the flop.

Also, his 3bet % was 0.00 for this small sample. Im running 17/13/2.8 fwiw

If you've been 3-betting him light, I'd be pretty excited to be able to shove the 3rd nuts.

Btw, keep in mind that your sample size isn't really enough to call him a LAG yet. He could simply be getting hands.

True I cannot. The 0% 3bet over 45 hands is what really bothers me. If he's actually getting good hands, he doesn't seem to 3bet them, but here he 4bets his hand..

Ship it and expect to see AK/AQ and JJ/TT quite often. If he has KK/AA then pay him off and reload.

First of all, there is no such thing as a good LAG at 10NL, or even 100NL for that matter. Since you've been 3betting him quite a bit there is absolutely no way you can fold this. Just ship it and expect to get called by AK, AQ, JJ, TT, maybe even worse.

Well, good in the sense that he could actually play wheras many 10nl players haven't the slightest clue about stealing, 3bets, etc

He isn't good, hes just good comparatively with the other 10nl'ers

Hmm... It also appears that I gave him waay too much respect. I folded fwiw :(

You need to think about how you're going to respond to a 4-bet before you 3-bet.

3-bet/folding is in all honesty absolutely horrible here. Even if his calling range is only KK+,AK you still have 40% equity. I don't feel like doing the math, but given how much dead money is in the pot already a shove looks to be unexploitable vs. only KK+,AK. If he folds ever, or calls with worse (both of which I guarantee will happen a good portion of the time), it's definitely +EV to shove.
