Betting the flop is okay. These players are passive, and one of the main reasons you check back the flop is to induce bluffs. But these guys don't look like the bluffin' type, so I'd prolly just v-bet $1.75 here.

Checking it back is okay as well, it just kinda sucks when we have a guy who doesn't bluff much betting into us in a spot where we've induced bluffs.
