4-bet preflop or flat, doesn't make that much a difference without reads.

Check/raise the flop and bet the turn.

You missed a lot of value, imo.

x/r flop and start getting the money in. No reason to slowplay on a non-dry board. Lots of lost value if he had something like AA/AQ.

Depends, on what kind of a player your opponent was. Why not keep betting, or betting higher? Only you should make the calculations on what sizes are best.

Calling pre & checking the flop are fine lines to take, especially if villain folds to 4-bets well and has lots of bluffs in his range. Once you check the flop though, you need to just start getting the money in.

No need to slow play on the flop,villain could be drawing flush also.
