Well you can't call so that's out. With his aggro stats and high 3bet I can't fold. So process of elimination means ALLLLLL INNNNN!

Against a villain with those crazy aggressive stats, even after only 28 hands, QQ is a monster. If you were in position and you have seen villain auto-bet every flop he sees, a case could be made for just flatting and calling all-in (or shoving) any flop, but since you are out of position, then yes, jam or fold are your only options here. And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me you jammed. You should never 3-bet without knowing what your reaction will be to a 4-bet, and if you are going to fold a non-bluffing hand, you should have just called in the first place. In this case, QQ is a premium. Felt it. If he has AA or KK this time, oh well.

Even though it is only 28 hands, we have to assume he has been mixing it up a lot, albeit passively. It's basically a ship since I would put his raising range rather wide to include most pairs, and while a bad flop would beat you with his a10 or kj or some such nonsense, getting it in is the prudent play.
