Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 27/13/3

I have had this a lot where I play a weak hand like this or J9, K10 etc, miss cbet then end up putting a little extra in. Should I be raising from CO here and calling the small turn bet with my draw? I figure I will never win or lose a lot with these hands but just wanted some feedback.

I would never play J 9 or K 10 unless they were suited and in late position

In the actual hand I like betting again on the turn since we picked up quite a bit of equity and it's fairly likely that his flop call was just a float. We'll get lots of folds on the turn and even if called our 4 straight / over card is doing fine.

Depends on who's left to act behind you. If the person on the button plays 34/30 with a 3b of 12 he's going to be calling a lot in position and also three betting. So you'd want to tighten your range a lot and cut out KT or J9 unless they're suited (KTs does well against this players range).
If there is a passive calling station on the button you can raise a bit higher to push out the blinds and just play a pot HU against the calling station and win a nice pot if you hit your King or Ten as he'll call down with a lot of worse hands.

As for your hand the $0.30 is a really weak bet so i'd probably c/r or bet big on the river as a bluff (if you know this player is weak and can fold). He probably has a weak ten or even overcards which will be hard to call a c/r or big bet on the river.

Yeh I agree, it's a good card to double barrell on for us and he might fold a small pocket pair which is slightly ahead of us, and we have plenty of equity if called. It's also fine to open A9o ( or J9s or KTo) from the CO as long as you can play them competently postflop based on your opponents and don't overcommit with top pair type hands.
