$10 NLHE Full Ring: playing deepstacked against a fish
Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 67/7/1.3
Hi guys I got involved in a pot with a fish. We are both deepstacked and would like some feedback on the way I approached this hand.
Hero(SB) $29.35 - VP:18 PFR:8 AF:3.8 W:28|50 STL:25|67 3B:3|67 CB:79|60 N:15.65 Hands:283
Villain(BB) $29.91 - VP:67 PFR:7 AF:1.3 W:30|75 STL:0|33 3B:0|0 CB:100|40 N:31.19 Hands:42
Pre Flop: Hero(SB) with A♥ J♥
P1(UTG) calls 0.10, P4(CO) folds, P5(BTN) folds, Hero (SB) raises 0.45,
Villain(BB) calls 0.40, P1(UTG) calls 0.40
Flop: 4♦ Q♣ A♦ (4 players)
Hero (SB) bets 1.60, Villain(BB) raises 3.20, P1(UTG) folds, Hero(SB) calls 1.60
Turn: 9♠ (2 players)
Hero(SB) checks, Villain(BB) bets 8.40, Hero(SB) folds
It seems like villain is trying to protect his hand against a flush so his range contains 44, AQo,AQs, "prob AK even though I seem him 3 betting that hand pre-flop". I discounted QQ and AA because he would have 3 bet those pre-flop. Any thoughts on this hand?
