What did you put him on that led you to shove river?

He could easily have two pair, his flush draw got there, and T9 got there on the turn. Not sure if I love the check raise tbh it just puts us in weird spots on turns and rivers like this. Check call, check evaluate

I'm not sure I want to play a pot for stacks with TPTK against a solid reg. I'd certainly check somewhere.

I think you cant put him away on river at any amount.

It seems he is determine to stay as shown on turn.

Pre flatting is fine against a 16/14. He's not going to fold a ton to your 3-bet due to his stronger range from MP + 1 an overall tightness. And he can make your life hell and abuse his position.

Since you flatted, I prefer check-calling two barrels and folding to the 3rd as a default. When he 3-barrels, you're beating none of his value range. Check-raising is overrepping your hand. If he had AA/KK, you just valuetowned yourself.
