THREE hands is too few to assume your TT is ahead here. It's just a bad shove tbh as the only hands that call are ones that crush you.

You can not lay down your opponents hand if he has the goods which I believe he has.

oh it looks like I messed up linking, showing the % at the bottom.

Villain had AK when I shoved and turned the K.

Stats are def no good for reads. But we can come up with some reads

1. His pre 3 bet is proper size. And he is in pos. So lets just say he's competent and give him a range after his 3 bet pre: 99+, AK,AQ, maybe AJs and KQs... Vs. That range we're 50% pre

Flop: I think he c bets 100% of this range otf so your still 50% .

So what are you trying to accomplish shoving over him otf. He fold s out all non pair hands, now your basically left with overs that beat you.
I'm guessing he showed up wit QQ-Aa. . If he did have a set make a note this villain Will 3bet small pps in pos. Fold the flop

Against that particular hand, bad beat. Against any probable range the guy is playing, if it makes any sense, terrible play.

take note of this fellow. Seems like a great guy to take money from in the future.

Let's assume he has some knowledge of preflop play and is just clueless postflop (calling a shove with AK here certainly makes it seem that way.) This would put his standard 3 bet range at, what, something like 99-JJ+ and AK (possibly AQ).

Which means, assuming these assumptions are correct, you ran into the only likely hand you have an edge on with that flop. And most people would be folding it to that shove

Check shoving the flop is not ideal. Villain c-bet looks strong so either flat or fold the flop would have been better.

Since there are 3 players in the hand post flop and the board is connected, we can lead out on the flop with a donk bet against our opponents for information.:) This would have been the best play i think.

I really have no idea what the villain was thinking but I'm sure he thought being married to AK was the only answer. There are just some players who play AK off like it's AA. Villain threw in 90 BB....let's just say he was lost and got lucky to be respectful lol
