Total nit opens UTG. Your JJ is NOT ahead of his range. Just call preflop.

Also, when someone as nitty as that has an AF of 2, that's actually pretty passive. The tighter you are, the higher your AF should be.
People playing 60% of their hands with an AF of 1.5 are actually pretty aggro. Nits with an AF of less than 3-4? Rather passive.

When he raises you on the flop, I'd say his range is TT/QQ+.

UTG range vs your JJ, well, his stats say he is opening real tight UTG. IDK how many hands you have on him, but I dont see you being real ahead here much.

Once he calls your 3bet (which I think was not necessary, a call would have been fine vs his opening range) then his raise OTF, cant see your JJ being ahead here. Why did you jam the flop? Do you think he is ever folding here? You will mainly get calls from hands that you are a dog to, and I really dont think this player has enough bluffs (or hands you beat) to warrant your jam.

Call pre. OTF, you could c/r, or c/c, or donk, but somehow I am c/c this flop vs him (cbet% otf?) and reassessing OTT, but I am not going to be on this flop vs him in a 3bet pot......

Not much to add. The number say this guy is so tight he squeaks. Calling his 3-bet pre is marginal, but when he re-raises you it is time to fold. Are you hoping he re-raised with AK? With no draws it is much more likely he has AA, KK, QQ, or TT.
