^ what they said.

AJo OOP in a multiway, limed pot is not a position you want to put yourself in. If you're not comfortable playing OOP I don't think it's too bad to fold preflop either, but that just may be myself being a nit *shrugs*

raising pre depends on how sticky your table is. If you know that if you raise that everyone will call (maybe because you are playing a bunch of call stations/fish), then raising doesn't make sense (bloats pot out of position with a mediumish strength hand). Generally, though, raising gets some folds and is a good idea.

Usually you are fine here. Occasionally mp1 has kj, but not often.

I believe play was fine.

Other variations for me would be raise pre and/or raise river.

Raise pre-flop. Check/fold the flop. You're MW and OOP w/ no reason to think you have implied odds. I don't like the river sizing MW either. You have a 4 way straight. You're only getting called by splits or better hands with that sizing. I would have bet about .85 and folded to a raise at these stakes. Possibly called a small raise for the chop.
