Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 57/14/1.6

Stacks:
UTG - UTG ($10.00)
UTG+1 - UTG+1 ($10.00)
MP - MP ($12.40)
MP2 - MP2 ($13.63)
CO - Hero ($11.47)
BTN - BTN ($30.58)
SB - SB ($10.64)
BB - BB ($5.03)

Preflop: ($0.15, 8 players) Hero is CO with K<font color='black'>♠</font> Q<font color='black'>♣</font>
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, 2 folds, BB calls $0.20

Flop: 4<font color='red'>♥</font> K<font color='red'>♦</font> 5<font color='black'>♣</font> ($0.65, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.41, BB calls $0.41

Turn: J<font color='red'>♦</font> ($1.47, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1.10, BB calls $1.10

River: 3<font color='red'>♥</font> ($3.67, 2 players)
BB bets $0.10, Hero shoves ?

Villain 57/14/1.6 over 37 hands. I was hoping he'd have a worse top pair and pay me off, but in hindsight was shoving here maybe too thin given 67 got there and he's passive (so his river min bet might actually be stronger than it looks)?

Agree, shove is ok here.

I suspect he would fold next.

This looks like a blocker bet. If villain had a better hand i don't think he would do that (bet min). So go ahead and raise for value as villain does want to reach a cheap showdown is what i think. :p
