I think you played it fine, except I'd raise a little more pre-flop at these stakes. Without any info other than your opponent may be a fish and he limped, I think you need to make a hard c/f on the turn. Unlikely he has a flush (doubt he raises one except maybe a combo draw) on the turn, but even against his range you're probably still about a 2:1 dog.

If you want a higher variance line, then you can get it in on the flop since you will probably have at least 45% equity. You'd be slight +EV to do so, but at these stakes I'd wait for a better spot when you have zero info on your opponent imho.

Pre -Flop raise should be higher , exept of this "mistake" it was played fine. I also like the fold , I think u were beaten.

Pre i'd bet higher normally but your amount is fine still.

Also I am about break even equity wise so I chose to wait for a better spot to flip and avoid this particular high variance situation.

I would three bet with the intention of jamming. This only because you can easily rep AK here and make up the difference with some fold equity. I think his bet means he's flipping up two pair much more often than a straight even based on an even distribution of those possibilities. So I personally would three bet with intention of getting it in.
