What do you do here?
After you view the hand history I have listed some reads and thoughts I was thinking while I was playing the hand. Thanks for the input.

Full Tilt Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (9 handed) - Full Tilt Poker Hand Converter from HandHistoryConverter.com

CO ($8.93)
Button ($21.94)
SB ($10.42)
BB ($2.80)
Hero (UTG) ($25.28)
UTG+1 ($23.77)
MP1 ($11.69)
MP2 ($6.97)
MP3 ($12.32)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K

Hero bets $0.30, UTG+1 raises to $1.05, 2 folds, MP3 calls $1.05, 4 folds, Hero calls $0.75

Flop: ($3.30) Q

, 7

, 3

(3 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 checks, MP3 bets $11.27 (All-In), Hero calls $11.27, UTG+1 raises to $22.72 (All-In)
Believem:

My Reads and Thoughts

Preflop: UTG+1 possibly has AA
MP3 possibly AQ AK Ax etc

Postflop: When UTG+1 checks I put him on AKs
When MP3 shoves I put them on AQ (maybe even KQ)
When I flat the shove and then get shoved by UTG+1 I think UTG+1 has AA (i.e. my original read)

Advice Here? Comments on the Hand? Thank You (I did not want to 4bet pre playing this deep as I am aware that could have been a choice)

If your going to stack on a flop like this then you need to be 4 betting preflop.

I think you beat AQ, and thats about it.

I feel like a 4-bet is really mandatory here 1) for value, 2) because you're out of position against two opponents, and 3) the hand will become much easier to play if you make your SPR lower.

As for the flop... Eh, I don't do post-flop lol. It certainly seems like you're up against a strong range, but you're also getting better than 4:1, so I don't know if a fold is really possible.

I would have 4bet preflop. I mean you're obviously comfortable putting a lot of $$s in on the flop since you called a 3.5x pot shove, so why not do it preflop?

Anyway as played you can't fold now.

Since this thread his fizzled out I did fold at this point lol

Nah man it hasn't fizzled out, you have to give it more than two hours. Needs more like two or three days imo.

For a conclusion, I did fold and continue my read. UTG+1 had 77 for a flopped set and MP3 had AA, turn was a Q and river was a 3. Either way I woulda lost the same amount had I 4bet pre but I am aware that 4betting would have been the correct play.
