I'm right in thinking the right decision as played is to shove here, right? It's literally the second hand I've played on this table. Better decision would've been to shove pre.

1. why are you not 100bb deep?

2. why did you min 3b him?

3. why did you min 5b him?

4. i would be happy getting it all in on the flop. I expect to see QQ here and maybe JJ/TT and some big flush draws often enough to be profitable. Only AA and 99 if he has it beat you.

I would have played it like this

Table 'Veteraniya IV' 9-max Seat #3 is the button
Seat 2: ishaibrave ($9.42 in chips)
Seat 3: SkunkBoy77 ($10 in chips)
Seat 6: Bellizár ($10 in chips)

Seat 8: mr.H38 ($8.95 in chips)
Seat 9: KEVINHODGIEN ($8.87 in chips)

2nd don't min 3bet.I make it $1.10 pre flop
3rd when he 4bet you just shove
4th just shove flop
5th as played shove flop
Are you really thinking about folding a over pair with these odds???????///
pot has $12.85 in it and you have $3.87

Because they know they have to raise, but they don't really know why they are raising. They just do it because the rules of poker dictate you should raise with a good hand. People also min 3bet because they have AA and they want people to call and are scared of betting them out of the pot. The same kind of person then stacks off on the river with AA regardless of board texture or betting on all 3 streets.

Lol @Skunkboy77. He plays a lot of 5nl. I wish I could fetch my notes on him.

i guess..

not really used to being in the mind of a fish.

and he plays a lot of 10nl too, i've got a load of hands on him..

saw him call a 40bb shove pre with QJ suited.. this was from another reg.

regs at 10nl are retards.
