Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 46/15/1

If he has a flush draw I want to check and let him bluff at it, it could be a dangerous board with limping preflop. Am I being paranoid about sets or something else trapping me. He has something I know because he has been limp folding constantly but calls 2 streets here.

You've got $15.50 behind a $23 pot against a fish. Shove.

This. However I am not as excited about it with the 7 on the river because he could have been calling down with some 7x hand. I cant really think of a ton of hands that a fish even calls the river with that you beat unless he called flop with air and hit his J on the turn. He folds all his draws that he missed etc.
