Playing low stakes, it is very easy to see the entire table call. I was BB, and ended up having to either check or bet. I had 6c 8h (offsuit). My question, since the whole table called BB and left me to either check to, basically, see the flop for free or bet, what would have been my best option? 6 8 offsuit is not usually a hand I play unless I am on a streak or have a good feel for my opponents, but at this point is it better for me to check and just see the flop or should I have made a raise and tried to see if I could make some people fold?

Your not making anybody fold.

Don't raise this hand, your oop against the whole table so when you are called its just going to give you a pain in the ass hand to play.

Why do people try and make poker so difficult lol

bluffing multiple people is rarely nice. We're winning the same amount relative to the size of our bet (half pot bet/ full pot bet etc) except we have to fold 9hands out rather than one.
