If he has a VPIP that huge and aggression that high, why post this one? Just value bet the hell out of him. He's going to call almost any amount as long as it's not ridiculous. If he tries to raise you on the turn then shove.

Bet Pot or close enough to shove the river without it being an overbet. He's not aggressive enough to trust him to do any betting.

You can bet $1.75-$2 and push all-in on the river if you think he hit his draw, otherwise throw out a value bet.

Or you can bet pot and just simply push the river regardless.

Yeah betting pot and shoving is the much better option because we like money and he'll be calling with his draws pretty much regardless of whether we bet $2 or $2.75.

You overbet the flop and he called along, i think pot betting here is the most sensible thing to do. Easy spot IMO.
