Total pot: $20.30 | Rake: $1.01

OK so this guy is 21 / 18 / 8.1% 3bet over 1.9k hands, but his 3bet vs steal is 11%.

His AF is 3.4 (49%), cbet flop 86%, cbet turn 68% total (this is how I see it in HUD, I don't have space for separate stats for 3bet pots).

I don't do this much but when I do it seems to be profitable (in fact this hand is the 1st time it failed). Obviously I fold on 2nd barrels if I don't have it :D

Questions:
1) Is this kind of line good?
2) What kind of hand can this be done with? I know my Ace is likely dominated but the T isn't and of course small boards are great for my "set" :D
3) I picked up a gutshot on the turn, is it better to check and if I miss fold river to his bet/try to shove river as a bluff or what?

Results below:
BB had K

, K
club.gif
(one pair, Kings). - Yup, I run right smack into the top of his range
Hero had 10
club.gif
, A
heart.gif
(high card, Ace).
Outcome: BB won $19.29

This looks like spew man. Just fold pre and wait for a better time to play back at him. It's only 3bbs

4 bet pre, ATo is good to 4 bet vs an agg. 3 bettor. Has blockers and doesn't play great post-flop anyway without initiative and pos. as your kicker is meh.

Fold flop, you got nothing and his bet isn't small.

Turn is good, you can't just check it back once you float and he checks.

Couldn't agree more. I would've shutdown after the flop and not put anymore into the turn.

fold pre but if we're gonna play 4bet bluff > flatting, his range is stronger because of the SB's flat so he can still be light but its way less likely

postflop is meh but its hard for him to bet flop then x/f turn with anything he 3bets that we don't already beat

Yeah, the SB thing is something I had to take into consideration more.

I have found that light 3bettors really hate actually playing post flop OOP and they tend to check fold turns a lot (they do cbet flops a lot and often 2/3 pot to full pot).

The big question is how to exploit that optimally?

folding > 4-betting > flatting

If you're going to float at least have more backdoor equity, hands like ATo never flop anything and never turn anything either. As played, this is as good a turn card as you're going to get so shoving turn is fine.
