$10 NLHE Full Ring: Calling All in vs 42/15 Short Stack in 3 Bet Pot with 12 Outs on Flop

I had been on the table only an orbit or two and had 3 bet successfully twice. I found myself in the Big Blind with A9s. A short stack tried stealing from the Button. Here's the rest. Please let me know if you think I played this ok.

Full Tilt - $0.10 NL - Holdem - 8 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 3
MP: $10.00
MP+1: $3.95
CO: $21.49
BTN: $8.95
SB: $6.45
Hero (BB): $10.53
UTG: $4.15
UTG+1: $13.56
SB posts SB $0.05, Hero posts BB $0.10
Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero has

What makes you think he was stealing? What are his stats over the small sample you had? Is he the SB or BTN? What was the flop??

He was on the Button with KJo. He had been entering just about every hand and was flatting with a lot and folding to c-bets. The flop was Kc8s3s. Unless he had AK K I figured I had 9 spade outs and 3 A outs over 2 streets was 48%. I figured since the pot was already so large it was worth taking the flip. His Top pair held up and I lost $ 6.45.

This is cash game, not MTT or SNG where you should play like this.

On cash game, this is easy fold preflop.
