$10 NLHE Full Ring: Hard or easy decision preflop? - What to do? Please Help!?

Hard or easy decision preflop? What do I do?
I am sick of this situation. I knew 100% that he has AA, but I can't fold my KK.
Is this a cooler or no? Some people say naaahh it's just variance, put your whole stack in. Well to hell with variance, this happens to me ALOT. I raise with KK and villain quickly 3bet me, I 4bet and he goes all in OR He raise I 3bet him 3x, he quickly goes allin and boom.... AA. Even if he is a nit or good reg, DO I HAVE TO FOLD KK???

This is my last hand/cooler/bad beat or whatever the heck it is:
poker stars $10.00 No Limit Hold'em - 7 players - View hand 2167031

SB: $10.00 - VPIP: 16, PFR: 14, 3B: 10, AF: 3.5, Hands: 353
Hero (UTG+1): $11.08 - VPIP: 18, PFR: 16, 3B: 5, AF: 3.9, Hands: 130875

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is UTG+1 with :kc4: :kd4:
1 fold, Hero raises to $0.30, 3 folds, SB raises to $0.70, 1 fold, Hero raises to $2.30, SB raises to $10, Hero calls $7.70

and of course he had :ac4: :ah4:
I loose tons of BIs from this situation

The amount of cash you have won from:
- 4 betting; Villain folds
- 4 betting; Villain calls, folds on a later street
- Getting shoved pre-flop by worse
- You have A/A and villain has K/K

more than makes up for losing K/K to A/A, you shouldn't even consider folding K/K at these stakes unless villain has 3 bet % of 1%~ and is a nit. There are going to be much bigger leaks in your game rather than wasting time debating folding K/K pre-flop, just don't do it unless villain is a Mega nit. The villain above isn't.

And you probably only remember the times when the villain has A/A and stacks you.

If you truely believe that your opponent has AA or KK once he shoves thten your hand is no good.

For this thought to be true he has to be extreme nit 3better.

If this is the case KK would play better against his range if you just call.

Generally either 4b bluff or 4b because you want to insta shove all in.

Don't 4b and wonder what you are doing

it is inconceivable for someone to 4bet kk with the intent of folding. Unless its some crazy bubble scenario and still you just cant fold that kinda hand. Or your super deep in a million dollar cash game or smthng.

If you know 100% he has AA then fold. or even if it's 99%. No big deal.
