I dont like this line at all sir....I would rather 3bet preflop and bet on the flop...calling there is way too weak....what happens if you dont hit flop :-?....but to comment on the line you took i would definately be putting in a bet on that river sir cause no way he checks a flush or str8 there so pretty safe place to get in some extra value

Agreed.. Your villain is showing he's worried about the board and it's rare he'll be opening up for you to bluff since he was busy defending his hand earlier on. I'd say he has something like QQ ...

3betting is great to see where your at but normally I like to fold AT if EP raises usually you'll be dominated and we need to hit the board heavy. By flat calling we can't get our opponent off better hands. Except for the hand above which is rare and but you''ll need to raise all-in on the river...

To me villains line is indicative of JJ/QQ true he isn't going to check the river with a straight/flush, but really what do you put him on that's making two big bets on the flop and turn then willing to call a value bet on the river? even if he were bluffing AK/AQ (unlikely) we aren't getting called by those hands anyway.
Basically I don't think we get called by worse if we put in a bet on the river so checking back is fine. In fact I can see folding the turn here. And preflop is really villain dependant, though I lean toward 3bet/fold.

Great read sir! Villain showed JJ. I usually fold pre-flop in this spot... An EP raise from decent villain is indicative of a strong hand (stronger than AT at least)

Fold pre. Even with position you're going to be losing money playing against a strong UTG range.

Fold pre-flop. You shouldn't be calling unless you have some reason/info on your opponent and you believe you can outplay him pre-flop, because against his range, you're typically not in good shape.
