I would bet about $.60 after the flop. Take control!

As for the way you played it, I would call, and then bet the turn

I'd call flop. Can't be much drier and you're in a WA/WB situation here. I'd probably try and get it in on the turn or if the turn is a total blank I could possible call again with the intention of shoving on the river.

So you would call Pre , Call Flop , Check shove turn or Bet out Turn ??

Ahh keep forgetting all your hands are fullring. In that case i'd probably taken the line stated above. Trying to keep BTN in as much as possible. Never donk or c/r this flop it's just too dry (unless he has potential to spaz jam).
What I do on the turn depends on the card but i'd be looking to get it in with only 44BB to start.

Yeah I'd probably squeeze pre and be semi ok with getting it in

I would squeeze pre here. I don't mind flatting with this hand if we are IP. But OOP just raise it up. As played, I think leading is ok here. C/C is ok. C/R might be fine as well. Really depends on the opponent I guess. I don't want to C/R here if I am not comfortable calling a ship however.

Edit: I didn't notice that the original PFR is shortstacked. Just get it in. Raise flop looks fine to me.
