Haven't read the replies, but unless you have a very specific, good reason not to, not reraising preflop is a mistake, for a host of reasons. For one, you're playing lower limits and you will almost always get called when your equity is higher than your opponents. Second, in this spot, you're giving the blinds odds
to call with a fairly wide range by just calling.
On the flop, it depends on your read of the opponent. Is he capable of folding a weak ace? Without a read, I'm probably raising the flop and taking a free card on the turn if I don't get reraised. If I get reraised, we're probably getting odds to get it all in there, but I'm not happy about it.
