I think you need to bet the flop and turn a hell of a lot harder. There's a ton of hands in villains range calling here, so many from gut-shot+pairs....With it being so draw heavy I'm betting the pot with the intention of shoving any non-spade, non ace or 9 turn.

As played call river. Every draw in the world has hit here, just gotta hope he has QJ, AJ, AQ, KQ.

I might call, but, my guess is you will just be calling to see what beat you...much bigger betting on the flop and turn may have gotten a fold.

As has been stated, bet larger on the flop and turn. In general, cbets should be larger than half pot because you are either not getting enough value or won't get folds enough. If you have a read that your table folds to small cbets, half pot cbets are fine but this board is drawy enough that you need to amp up the size (most people don't notice anyways).

As played, you have to call the river. You can't raise because you will never get a call from a worse hand and you will never get a better hand to fold, and you only need to be right 21% of the time to break even on this hand.

Yeah, your flop and turn bet sizing is horrible given the board texture. Villain has a zillion draws in his range and you want to charge them appropriately.

Getting around 5-1 on the river you absolutely have to call despite the fact that you will be beat most of the time.
