33 hands isn't a lot but have you seen any hands get to showdown? Do you think they are capable of min raising FDs or FDs + pairs/gutters? What about any Ax hands? If the answer is yes then you can raise the flop.

Min raises are statistically 2 pair + type hands. I'd call and see what they do on the turn.

Since its a fair bit deep I don't really want to go crazy here with one pair. I would just call the flop and probably turn into a calling station the rest of the hand. If he can go pot/pot and the board gets really nasty I can probably find a fold.

If he slows down, we can check back the turn and value bet good rivers. Or we can bet some turns when checked to. Lots of options. Really just depends on the action, the turn and river cards. But basically just use our position here and play OUR size of pot.
