The villains had been very loose and aggressive and show up with hands when at every show down or so it seems. sometimes even fold even less than half pot stack when you are showing aggression. I won this hand but not sure if this is optimal. I didn't want to 4bet and most likely it ends the hand there if they didn't have anything.

Lately this has been my problem facing villains who are raising, CR or donking almost full pot size bets preflop or post flop.

4 bet pre, but as played I might fold this flop after villain shoves because it is slightly -ev.

Well sticking it into poker stove shows you were 27% against his exact hand and 43% against AQ. So against a shove it's a fold. Is he ever shoving here without an ace. I doubt it.

Why are we not 4-betting this preflop? Against aggro opponents, this is a clear 4-bet, get it in. If villain has aces, so be it.

However, as played, we have approx 37% equity. Assuming first dude who donked folds (which he probably will, considering two shoves), we are getting like 1.4-1.5:1 odds.

We would need to get 2 to 1 to break even. Not the right price.

4 bet pre.

As played, I think folding flop is ideal, but tough to do.

yah I would be 4 betting or shoving, but as played out you won, which is the main thing, but if he is aggressive player, shove all the time :D
