Definitely cbet this.

As played, raise the tiny bet and get it in if you think they are capable of stacking with overpairs.

That is the single greatest flop you could ever hope for when you hold AA against that many callers. cbet 100% of the time. As played raise, you'll get all-in against small overpairs and st8 draws. Honestly thinking someone always has a six here is just MUB.

Betting about 1/2 the pot after the flop should be a no brainer.

I would cbet about half pot. You are probably ahead here a lot of the time but I'm not sure a raise really accomplishes a whole lot. He is going to instamuck his 88, 99, TT etc if you raise. I probably just flat call the flop then and go from there.
