Quite honestly, after this hand happened, I realized i made a bad all-in raise on the turn and lucked out on the river. I had top set as well as nut 4 card flush draw, only about 6 hands into sitting at this table so no real reads on villain. I didn't put the button on 4-5 suited hearts but more like ace rag, maybe ace 3 or ace jack or something. How should i have played differently? Bad play on my part I believe...

Not a bad play by you at all. I wouldn't do anything differently except make it .50 pre flop but thats just nitpicking. You're like 33% against his exact hand and he only has 3.66 left and the pots already 11.15. There is no way you're ever getting away from that.

What Seany said, if he pushes the turn you can't fold top set with the ace flush draw as well, the villain played it badly imo, i don't mind playing suited connectors to a raise when i'm in position and the stacks are both deep, but if he's going to play hands like that and flop a big draw like he did it's better to get it all in on the flop and at least see 2 more cards, specially if he's willing to call a raise for 50% of his stack!

^^ this, your betting was excellent as it commits you on the turn making it impossible for him to bluff the flush.
