Do you have flop and turn cbet% on MP?

Without info, I would probably raise flop to $1.20 or so. As played, I probably just call the river and make a note.

Prefer a check raise on the flop, its for value and lets you know where you are in the hand, or else you end up in your situation.. on the river with no clue where you're at.

But your stats say his PFR is 4% and he just triple barrelled you.. making a thin call here can't be good.

Oops, didn't see we were OOP. I like chckraise too if I'm certain villain will cbet (need cbet% stat). If cbet is less than 70%, I probably lead out with a .55c bet.

4% PFR with so few hands I think still includes some PPs that we beat (77,88) as well as maybe something like A6s and maybe AK and KT depending on cbet frequency.

We're getting 4:1 on the river, so if villain's range can include some of that then I think it's worth the call. With so few hands I also want to see what villain is 3-barreling and betting so tiny on the river with. Tiny river bet often is some sort of middle pair in my experience at these stakes.

Leading the turns also not a bad idea, his stats make him seem like a fishy, loose passive player, since he's limping alot, so I don't think he's going to r with a hand worse than yours. This might cause him to c behind on the river as well.
