hey so what do you think maybe litle more raise on turn up to max 2 e and on river then 1/4 pot again so we give him good pot odss to call with even 9 good kicker?

Raaaaaaaaise flop. You've got a really strong atm and it's very likely you're ahead on the flop, but bottom two pair is very vulnerable against counterfeits/cards that can give villain(s) two pair. I'd say about 3x the initial raise, getting value out of Kx and draws. You can balance the raise with strong combo draws that haven't got showdown value at this point - 76dd, 86dd, 87dd, JTdd, QTdd, QJdd (although you will have to raise those last three pre as well some of the time). Definitely to balance all your 95o's and 95s's.

As played, I think raising the turn is fine for same reasons listed above. Would make it between €2.10 and €2.50.

Shove river. Under a third of the pot is too small.

no way that kind of tight pasive player would call raise on flop i knew he had like weak king or some 9 strong kicker and i have only 49bb so i do not have to make that big pot for value on flop already + i have 5d that counter flush draw if somebody behind us call

If he has a weak king or a strong 9 you have to raise. You don't want him drawing to a better two pair or trips. Calling give you really bad reversed implied odds as well. You have to protect with a hand as vulnerable as this.

I guess the 5d argument makes sense - if you're gonna call with 95o here it's fine to do it with hands with a diamond in them, as you need slightly less protection. Makes your value raising range a bit smaller as well which is fine.

But yeah, still think any 95 is a raise here.
