I like 3betting preflop here. It was an early position raise but you don't want another player in by just calling and it can give you control on the flop. If the player reraised you then you can fold (If he raised large enough) or call and see the flop. Flop play was fine in this hand. Hope you were planning on
folding over pair if 2 player are heavy betting. Lucky for you it was set vs set.

I don't think just calling is the best way to get value out of jacks in micro cash games

We definitely shouldn't be min 3betting preflop. None of the players that have put $ in the pot is going to fold. If it was 100BBs effective stack, I would 3bet to around $1.50 for value. Here we are 200+BBs effective with both of them, I have never played this deep but I still think you should raise.

As played, I would bet around 60% of pot for value. Your 20cents flop bet is way too small.

I am Bruno Wolf on full tilt. I had the pocket jacks.

I'm not a fan of the turn shove. serjik's and smashley's ranges both include a lot of pocket pairs, and I'm not sure those hands call the shove unless you have reads/laggy image (since this is rush, I suspect neither applies), esp w the straight showing on the board. How about raising to $11ish, shove any river?
