$10 NL HE Full Ring: 10 10 vs. 4bet on the flop

HAND #1
--------------------

party poker, $0.05/$0.10 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 9 Players
Hand History Converter by Stoxpoker

MP1: $10.45 (104.5 bb)
MP2: $6.65 (66.5 bb)
MP3: $12.40 (124 bb)
CO: $12.95 (129.5 bb)
BTN: $32 (320 bb)
Hero (SB): $10 (100 bb)
BB: $20.75 (207.5 bb)
UTG+1: $10.10 (101 bb)
UTG+2: $2.65 (26.5 bb)

Pre-Flop: Hero is SB with Td Th
UTG+1 calls $0.10, 6 folds, Hero raises to $0.50, BB folds, UTG+1 calls $0.40

Flop: ($1.10) 4h 7s 8d (2 players)
Hero bets $0.60, UTG+1 raises to $1.80, Hero raises to $4.50, UTG+1 raises to $7.50, Hero ????

So theres several things I'm unsure about when it comes to the hand. First off, is the preflop raise standard? Also, once the flop comes and villain reraises me, is my 3bet too small? should I not even be 3betting (instead b/c)?

Lastly, with half my stack in the pot, do I have no choice but to call/shove last 2 bucks even though I feel I'm beat?

Preflop is fine imo, like you raise size too.

UTG+1 limp called and re-raised u on a baby flop, with no reads/stats i just fold since this is 44/77/88/56 ect more often then 99/55/66/A7.
If we have some read/stats that say villain will stack of with 67/A8 ect in these spot then the 3bet with intend to call the shove is fine, but if villain is unknown/nit/tag we have to fold here to the original raise imo.

I guess there might be some merrits in just calling the 1.80 raise and fold the turn to further aggresion but i dont like it since where OOP.
Just fold to the flop raise and save your self a bi, as played where completly commited and folding is out of the question imo, call and hope for a 2 outer...

The limp and call pre flop smells out small pocket pair to me, i would take the sin of aggression that he has hit a set, 9's could be a possibility. but a lot of people would stll put some kind of a rais in at those limits.

It seems like you trapped yourself--I would assume from those bets that he flopped his set.
