I know you shouldn't put all your money on top pair 2nd kicker too often.
MP is mega calling station and I don't worry about him at all
BTN villain is a fish as well. One-tabler, Make Inappropriate bet sizing, weak preflop hand selection, call too often etc. Made this min 3 bet before and then c-bet 1/2 the flop AQ5. Based on this info and my experience I suspect he cannot give up on his good hands either.

River I hit the timebank and make a small raise for my remaining money.

BTN: $11.02
SB: $8.73
BB: $11.73
UTG: $10.99
MP: $9.36
Hero (CO): $9.69

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is CO with Ts Ks
1 fold, MP calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.45, BTN raises to $0.80, 2 folds, MP calls $0.70, Hero calls $0.35

Flop: ($2.55) 8c 6h Td (3 players)
MP checks, Hero checks, BTN bets $1.20, MP calls $1.20, Hero calls $1.20

Turn: ($6.15) 4d (3 players)
MP checks, Hero checks, BTN checks

River: ($6.15) 2s (3 players)
MP checks, Hero checks, BTN bets $5.90, MP folds, Hero raises to $7.69 all in, BTN calls $1.79

I mean after the turn check, it's not really a hero call. And you ended up CRing, so maybe I'm missing something.
