10NL 6-max zoom on pokerstars. Villain is unknown.

BTN: $13.72
SB: $4.90
BB: $66.71
Hero (UTG): $10.90
MP: $10.60
CO: $8.14

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is UTG with Q:spade: Q:diamond:
Hero raises to $0.30, 3 folds, SB calls $0.25, 1 fold

Flop: ($0.70) 4:club: 6:heart: 7:club: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.46, SB calls $0.46

Turn: ($1.62) K:heart: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.10, SB calls $1.10

River: ($3.82) 7:diamond: (2 players)
SB bets $3.04 all in, Hero calls $3.04

What do you think about the way hero played this hand? I decided to bet the turn for thin value and also for protection against draws. When the villain donk shoved the river, I wasn't loving it, but every draw missed and I honestly couldn't tell what he would be taking this line with. The chance of him having 7x seemed so slim. Thoughts?

I play it the same, but I'm crying while making that river call.

I'd be more confident if that K hadn't turned. Then again, I'd be less confident if this was less than a shove.
