The situation is very typical. I'm in position and raising a Loose/Passive limper for value.
My hand: AQo
UTG Villain Limps
Hero on Button Raises to 4x the BB.
BB calls, UTG calls.
Flop 10 6 10
BB and UTG both check
Hero C bets...BB folds...UTG calls
Turn is an Ace. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as suited cards. UTG checks. Hero bets for value (i bet a ton here against this type of opponent.) Villain calls.
River is a brick. Villain bets half the pot giving me 2 to 1 pot odds. Villain does not bet often. I feel like I'm either way ahead or way behind. Villain seems like he either has a 10 in his hand or any ace smaller than AQ.
I called this particular time and really think it was wrong being offered 2:1 considering a loose passive fish type player rarely bluffs here.
So again....what pot odds (if any) do you need to call the river bet?
