So here is a spot that happens often in Micros. A ridiculous bet on the river. I have overvalued my TP here and ran into bigger A and trips. BUT it seems a lot of the time this bet is exactly what it looks like. He has BW (KQ-KJ), FD or Tx. W/Tx he is calling a lot of the time here, and w/ BW maybe a small bet as well. Mainly I am checking behind here most of the time since he will mostly only call with better. BUT a 58/15 agg. factor 2 - 100 hands only - I keep hearing and reading "Value bet the fish PERIOD".
So, am I losing value checking behind here, and if yes, what is your bet sizing, and are you folding to the RR/shove?

Bigger on the turn. I like raising river to $1.30 or so.

When playing I prob just call river, we have SD value and I can't see any worse calling a raise.

I take it you raised and then he shoved? As you ask about that too, if i raise and he shoves over then i fold for sure, but I dont think I raise, possibly to like 90c if I do, just to eak out a little more value.

When playing I guess half the time I just flat it and the other I raise to like .90 :)

I'd just call. What worse is going to call a raise? Tx ? Aything else that calls won't be great news for you. I think you end up value towning yourself if you bet here. Definitely looks bad to raise to me.

Don't see anything worse calling a raise here, just call. I've also sometimes seen people do this with the nuts just to induce a raise and then you just have to puke, although highly unlikely in this case given his stats.

Bigger on the turn and I just call the river since you're splitting with his worse Ax hands and paying off AJ+.

There is no value to bet a river. Look at the range he may pay you off when you raise. 10andX maybe if your opp is donk or you have no rep at all this raise may rarely make sense? And what that 30cent bet on the river means? Very weak hand or monster, some people trying to induce bluffs this way. JUST A CALL.

CO & BTN have stack sizes that make me think they're not bad, and A8s is going to be pretty unprofitable if we have to play in out of position half the time.

Just call. Don't overthink these spots. There really isn't any point in raising. There aren't enough worse hands calling. More on the turn as well.

I get this but I was getting away with this vs exactly these 2. Both regs and very straight forward and unimaginative. BB a big fish from his play till now. I am only getting 3 bet (vs a call) from BTN or CO here IMO, makes it easy to play. But would welcome other comments on my MP raise here.
