If it's me I fold. I'd just assume that TT there isn't beating a fairly sizeable portion of his x24 opening range assuming he's raising so high pre-flop with premium or close to premium hands. With only seven hands and no other information on the villian it'd be hard to put him on a aggressive bluff like that imo (though I can't play on pokerstars and don't have first hand knowledge of how aggressive the $0.10 NL Fast 6max game is).

I just realized that if he is aggressive and/or moron (like it seems) the J hit his range too! and this should be fold. I would call 10 out of 10 times on the tables though (at least before you posted this).

Why did you call pre-flop? It makes sense only if BB is mega-aggr (you should shove after his 3-bet) or you both have deeper stacks to play for set.

I would have probably folded pre-flop honestly unless you are willing to go 24x bb to set mine.

On the flop it's a very easy fold. We've gained no information, however QQ-AA is obviously still in his range, but also if he was simply being aggressive with like K-J we're still way behind.

What does your hand beat in this situation that he could have in his range besides AK?

He basically either has AK, or has us beat, and I'm not one to play a guessing game for my stack when it's far more likely he has anything from KJ, AJ, JJ, QQ, KK, AA, rather than specifically AK.

Against unknown player, I think you can fold this pre-flop. After your call pre-flop, we have put ourselves in a tough spot. Not real sure where we are in the hand... I'd say we are behind pre 80% of time, and now on flop prob higher than that.

I'd fold on flop shove....

Think I would fold preflop, if I didn't had a good read on him then I would consider all-in pre. I would also fold in the situation you faced, it feels like he has a higher pair than you and I wouldn't risk that much money on it.

Small sample size, but he 3 Bet 1/2 of his hands. Functionally you are calling to set mine against a wide range. If he is truly agro and 3-betting 1/3 of his range you should be 4-betting pre-flop because you are 65/35 favorite. If he is 3-betting 10% of his range you are flipping and it depends how much you want to gamble.

When you call and see the flop with a pair and a Jack, the odds don't change much. You are flipping against a 10% range and killing the a 33% range.

When you called 25% of the effective stack pre flop, I think you are obligated to call it off getting paid $12.55 for a $7.60 call.

Even as tight a range as JJ+, AJs+, AQo+ you are only a 45/55 dog a have to call off. Even preflop against that range you were a 40/60 dog preflop and were getting the odds to call, although the implied odd are bad.

The odds don't change with a Q or a K instead of a jack, but an ace is makes you a huge 10/90 dog. Two non ace over cards makes you 30/70 dog

In short, IMHO, you should push him All In pre-flop. You are way behind to his 18 combos of QQ+, flipping his big aces, kings and queens and 70/30 favorites to his much larger collection small ace combos.

yeah in general i guess this play could be a sign of tilt or somethings wrong with them... i agree pre is prolly better against this play if i question their strength.
