I squeeze preflop.

As played, I raise the flop.

As played, I'm lost on the river as to what the best line is. :p

Kind of impossible to say what I want to do without really knowing the texture of the board (what are the suits in your hand/on the board?). But if there's no flush draw I think your line is okay up until the turn. Check raising flop seems like overkill in that we often fold out a decent amount of second best hands, plus we prevent bluffs.

Now, when we get to the turn and the CO now takes the betting lead, into 2 players, it seems extremely likely that he has a Q. He shouldn't have queens full often if ever because most people aren't playing Q6 and Q7. 66 and 77 are possible, so I'm a bit on the fence but I think we can x/r gii usually OTT.

As played OTT I'm just x/c river. I think we rep way more strength by x/r river than x/r turn, so any reservations I have about x/r turn and getting isolated against better hands goes double OTR.

You need to include suits. X/r turn if there is a flush draw and jam river. X/call turn and x/jam river is okay on a rainbow board. I think a turn x/r looks more nutted than a river x/jam. We have almost 0 bluffs when we x/r turn multiway when the board pairs the top card. When we x/jam river, it confuses a lot of opponents. It's pretty easy to get away from trips weak kicker vs a turn raise, but I don't think they let it go vs river x/jam. And we can still be turning pairs + missed draws into bluffs, so it is possible for them to believe we have a bluffing range.
