I might bet the turn a % of the time, but I don't mind c/c considering your opponent and the spot. But after c/cing, and him bombing the river, I think you can fold. There's obviously a ton of hands he can turn into a bluff here. That's the power of 3-betting IP. It's pretty close in terms of hands he can turn into a bluff here, vs value hands he can have. Getting 2:1 w/ tptk is close, but I'd lean towards a fold at these stakes.

fold river... you should raise turn and instead of calling $8 your spending $2-3 to find out :)
