UTG is a fish.
If we call turn, we have to call the river and I don't think that we are ever good on the turn. Villain was an unknown but looked good.
Also take into consideration the fish, villain is never bluffing here with him in the pot I don't think.

Based on the action my guess is the co has TT. Not sure if he would cold call a 3b with 55 but if he is smart and knows the utg target wont fold to a 3b then he might set mine here with anything knowing he has odds.

On the flop when he raises, theres not many flushes in his range. The best one would be QcJc but doubt he'd call that pre and i doubt he has AT. Only TT and maybe 55 make sense to me. I also doubt he would raise with AK or AQ unless he severely overvalues those hands.

Now its just a matter of math. You have to call $2.48 to win 7.36 vs your odds of hitting a flush on the turn which is about 18%.

I think JQc is in his range, he should know the fish will come in.
