*relatively new to this table, no great reads. Opener seemed a bit TAG-y, other two somewhat more fishy.

BB: $19.68
UTG: $10.00
MP: $10.25

Hero ???
So, broad commentary on this hand would be nice. But the primary issue is this, how many hands other than FD's take the line this villain did? What do I do on this turn?

Tangentially...what could I have done differently to prevent myself from being in this spot?

stacks are weird, you could consider betting out yourself on the flop

How are the stacks weird? Villain is taking this line with FDs(maybe), Queens and sets IMO maybe JJ if he doesn't want to give it up. As played i think you might have top shove turn?
Also you should consider 3 betting this pre

I'm a big fan of a 3-bet pre.

Preflop:
In these kinda spots you should turn up the aggression. First of all, 3-bet it preflop, charge those donks that can't fold their K7's to 1 raise. 3-betting seriously narrows villains ranges, making the hand easier to play postflop. Low-stakes poker is all about making your decissions easier, to reduce your number of mistakes (in my oppinion). You're OOP in this hand, with a strong holding, don't let that many people see a flop, raise it up to prevent a crappy situation like the one you got yourself into.

Flop:
Good flop for you, on a two-tone board. Here you'll want to find out who has a hand and who doesn't, lead this flop for 1$. The strength you show by leading into 3 other players should remove everything that isn't a flushdraw, a Q, a set or an OP. Either way, you'll get the information you need.

Turn:
Worst card ever. We could be drawing dead already, and any additional betting will basically commit us. 25% of our stack is now in the middle and our options are limited. Either we have the best of it, or we don't. It may be weak to check/fold here, but I think it's the right play. What can you beat now?

Thanks for the responses. Seems people are in agreement with squeezing. That was the first thing I noticed going over this too and for the life of me I don't know why I didn't squeeze.

I'm curious what the flop lead would accomplish vs. going for a c/r?
