My question is: how could I have played better?

Raise the turn imo. Shove river as well, do you not want his last 38c?

Seems fine to me. Apart from not getting all of his stack on the river, should have just raised him AI.

These numbers seem quite far apart though. Bit fishy!

Agreed - raise turn, insta-shove fistpump river.
