He played it exactly like he has a flush, down to the bet sizing, turn play and everything. So I'd just believe him and fold (and say thanks for playing this obvious). If he had a set and was looking to get this much value, he wouldn't be waiting until the flush comes in to jam.

To answer your second question, I'd raise about 38 on the turn.

CALL. there are more possibilities of sets, two pair etc. that would have taken the same line and since he is a poor player limping utg and donk betting it is more than likely he has this.
