10NL 6-max zoom on pokerstars. Got a bit of history with the villain: I recently attempted a triple barrel bluff with Ace high and he called hero called me down with 88 on a 9 high paired board with 3 clubs (I was trying to represent the flush or a boat). Villain is a 29/18 over 29 hands with an AF of 1.3.

BTN: $11.44
Hero (SB): $72.80
BB: $13.13 ---> VPIP/PFR/AF = 29/18/1.3 over 29 hands
UTG: $15.00
MP: $12.43
CO: $5.26

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is SB with 7:diamond: T:heart:
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, BB calls $0.20

Flop: ($0.60) 8:club: 9:diamond: 8:spade: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.39, BB calls $0.39

Turn: ($1.38) J:club: (2 players)
Hero bets $1, BB raises to $3.40, Hero calls $2.40

River: ($8.18) 3:heart: (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $9.04 all in, Hero calls $9.04

What do you think about the way hero played here, taking the history and HUD stats into account?

It sucks, but this overbet on the river at the very least looks like q10 to me.

That's a pretty low AF. I think that (even if he pays attention to who you are - and that previous hand), he's more a caller than a raiser.

I think you can fold to the turn raise, and definitely to the river over-bet. I don't think he's doing this with worse than QT.

Folding. What else would he be doing this with? I can't see him bluffing here and that overbet is odd. No way he's doing that with worse.
