Eh, you could check back the flop against a maniac. And you typically want to make hands with showdown value before you put big money in the pot. But if this guy's fold to c-bet stat is big, I don't mind this.

I like the preflop raise, however I would have checked flop.

Flop is an easy cbet. It all looks like the ideal play to me. You can bet that with this guys stats (MP) his flatting range pre is almost exclusively PP's and broadway hands. I'm sure you can guess which one of those he is willing to flat a 3-bet OOP hoping to get their with. Again good Cbet, just unfortunate he has 55/99 here. Most of the time you will have a ton of success in this spot, so keep it up.

I kinda of like flatting pre to keep the 65/35 guy around so I can stack his Ax hands post.

Main reason I'm squeezing is for value against the fish. He'll call with most if not all his ax hands. I dont expect the nit to not have 3bet his premiums against the fish so im expecting a fold so we get the fish HU.

hmm... dude has a pretty low AF, so I don't think he's liable to call without having hit something. Against a nit like that I kinda like that spot better without the K (less likely he hit a broadway pair), but cbetting was pretty good here, in my discardable total noob opinion. :p
