$10 NLHE 6-max: Set in trouble

My cbets were getting folds from this table. so I tried getting value by checking and hoping a nice card came on the turn which didn't. Do I get out and cut my losses on the turn or river or call? The villain is passive pf but aggressive postflop but only a 20 hands.

Am I right in thinking a lot of flush potentials are out because he cant have hands like AKs, A10s K10s and QJs is unlikely?

Yea I know I suppose I got a little impatient about not getting paid off and slowplayed where I shouldn't have.

I agree with betting flop or at least check raising river due to the strong implied odds given to villain with the gut shot straight draw and flush draw. Given our current situation, we still have showdown value so I would try to check it down or check call if we can afford to call villain's river bet.

Yes easy flop bet that board is not one you want to slow play on. Plus slow playing OOP sucks it just lets him take free cards if he wants.
