Villain is 22/20. I figured he could fire the turn with the bare Ac. Thinking back on it if I payed more attention to position and focused on his ranges from the BTN it is much more likely he already made the flush right?

The more I think on it the more I think turn is a fold. Another question is whether we should flat or 3-bet pre?

it depends on his fold to 3bet stat. I'd call KJs and 3bet KJo but calling is fine too. I think you played it fine, I wouldn't fold on turn, we've got a decent FD and he could be betting a worse Jx or a FD/ str8draw. On the river it's a fold I guess.

Against an unknown with his sizing PF either is fine, I generally call though. River is a fold unless you know he can do this with air.

Call river, not close. Unless this was against some huge nit who never bets river without a flush, this is pretty much a mandatory call just because it's the top of your folding range. If you fold here then you have no calling range whatsoever, so you're pretty much begging to be barreled off when you c/c 2 streets on this board.

do you seriously think a reg at 10nl will exploit that? The betsizing on river kinda polarizes his range and he's not likely to have missed draws in his range when he 3barrels so it's a fold imo.

yeah, it would take a pretty dense table of regs to not notice when someone c/c twice on a scary board and gives up on river.

If we're playing a hand this strong this weakly then it's to keep all bluffs/air in villain's range. As this is a button open he's going to have a lot of air.

polarizes his range
I don't really think this is polarizing betsizing as he bets 4/5th pot with a lot of money behind...but if he is polarized then obviously we should call with this hand and a lot of worse hands.

You're a nit dude. Seriously.

This man speaks the truth.

Not surprised when he shows air here, possibly even a rivered K betting for value.
